A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or call from our official number.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdown or extreme weather.

3. Pricing and Payment Policy
Base Fare: The fare displayed on the website is the base rate.

Additional Charges: Toll taxes, State Border Permits, Parking fees, and GST (if applicable) are to be paid by the customer.

Night Charges: For trips involving travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, a separate Driver Night Allowance will be applicable.

Payment: Payments can be made via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer as agreed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the pickup time may incur a small “Driver Convenience Fee.”

Refunds: If any advance payment was made and the booking is cancelled within the allowed time frame, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

5. Customer Conduct
Smoking, drinking alcohol, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged as per actual repair costs.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Sardarji Nagpur taxi service will not be liable for any loss of items.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide timely service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road construction, weather conditions, or vehicle breakdowns. In case of a breakdown, we will try our best to provide an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.
